If the inconvenience persists and the error code doesn't turn off, electrically disconnect the
appliance and refer to an Assistance Centre.
9 - TROUBLESHOOTING
If one of the following anomalies occurs, switch the appliance off, disconnect it from the electric
power supply and contact your dealer.
a. The operating LED flashes rapidly (two times per second) and continues even if the unit is switched off
and back on again.
b. The remote control does not receive the signal or the key does not operate correctly.
c. A safety device, such as a fuse or switch, intervenes frequently.
d. The appliance has a water leak.
e. Other malfunctioning.
9.1 - LOCKED FAN FUNCTION
a. When the printed circuit board receives from the fan motor an incorrect speed feedback (motor not
connected, locked, broken, etc.), the green led starts blinking 6 times after 5 seconds and the speed
signal to the motor is set to minimum speed.
b. After 20 seconds of operation of the fan motor, the circuit board tries again to check the feedback
received from the motor for 10 seconds.
c. If the error persists for 5 consecutive times, the motor is switched off and the green led starts blinking
2 times.
To restore the system, the circuit board must be switched off and on again.
10 - INCONVENIENCES AND POSSIBLE REMEDIES
Consult the following points before requesting assistance or repairs.
