How to use your induction
hob
Start of cooking
Press the ON/OFF sensor for three seconds.
After switching on, the buzzer will beep and
all displays will show "-" or "- - ", indicating that
the induction hob has entered standby mode.
Place a suitable container on the cooking zone
you wish to use.
Set the desired power level, using the power ad-
justment slider:
If you do not choose a temperature setting wi-
thin 1 minute, the induction hob will automati-
cally switch off and you will have to start again.
You can change the temperature setting at
any time

If the display flashes alternately with the tem-
perature setting it means that:
You have not placed a frying pan on the co-
rrect cooking zone.
The pan you are using is not suitable for in-
duction cooking.
The pan is too small or not properly centred on
the cooking zone.
No heating occurs unless there is a suitable
pan on the cooking zone.
The display will automatically switch off after 2
minutes if a suitable pan is not placed on the
cooking zone.
End of cooking
Switch off the cooking zone by moving it to "0"
or Press the ON/OFF sensor key for three se-
conds.

Beware of hot surfaces
The residual heat indicator will display H indica-
ting which cooking zone is hot to the touch. It will
disappear when the surface has cooled down to a
safe temperature. It can also be used as an ener-
gy saving function if you want to heat more pans,
use the hotplate that is still hot.
