Pando Induction hob
Fault visualisation and inspection
FAIL
The LED does not light up
when the unit is plugged in.
Some bu�ons do not work
or the LED display is not
normal.
The cooking mode indicator
lights up, but hea�ng does
not start.
The hea�ng suddenly stops
during opera�on and "u"
flashes on the display.
Hea�ng zones on the same
side (such as the first and
second zone) would show
"u" .
The fan motor sounds
abnormally.
PROBLEM
No power is supplied.
Connected accessory power supply
board and display board fail.
The accessory power supply board is
damaged.
The display board is damaged.
The display board is damaged.
High hotplate temperature.
Something is wrong with the fan.
The power supply board is damaged.
Pan Type is wrong.
The diameter of the pot is too small.
The pan has overheated;
Failure in the connec�on of the power
board and the display board;
The display board of the
communica�on part is damaged.
The main board is damaged.
The fan motor is damaged.
SOLUTION
Check that the plug is securely fi�ed into the
socket and that the socket is working.
Check the connec�on.
Please contact the technical service.
Ambient temperature may be too high. The air
inlet or outlet may be blocked.
If the problem persists, contact technical support.
Use the appropriate pot (see instruc�on manual).
The unit is overheated. Wait for the temperature to
return to normal.
Press the "ON/OFF" bu�on to reset the unit.
Check the connec�on.
Please contact the technical service.
