7 | Disposal
2. Disconnect the VarioSmoker from the
power supply.
3. Remove the inlay sheet using the re-
lease tab.
4. Spray the VarioSmoker with commer-
cial degreasing agent and remove all
fat and food residues with a sponge.
Use care products suitable for clean-
ing, which are described in sec-
tion } Suitable care products.
5. Remove all traces of cleaning agent
and leave the VarioSmoker to dry
completely.

7 Disposal
Old units contain recyclable materials. Dis-
pose of old units in an environmentally
sound way using the appropriate disposal
systems.
