PROBLEM
Excessive resistance to
product cutting.
The machine does not
start when the on button
is pressed.
Excessive resistance in
motion of the sliding
components (product
presser, carriage).
Sharpener in sharpening
position.
Emergency button
pressed.
Sharpener cover open.
Gauge plate open at
machine start-up.
Gauge plate fault.
Timeout gauge plate
movement expired.
Plate fault. Timeout plate
movement expired.
REASON
Excessive resistance to
product cutting.
No power or defective
control circuit.
Sliding guide lubrication
not performed
periodically.
REMEDY
Sharpen the blade.
Check that the plug is
inserted correctly. If the
problem persists, contact
the Service Centre.
Perform periodic
lubrication.
If the error occurs outside
of sharpening operations,
contact the Service
Centre.
Release the emergency
button.
Close the sharpener cover.
Press the LEFT PLATE or
RIGHT PLATE buttons to
close the gauge plate.
A gauge plate limit switch
is not being read. Machine
servicing required. To
reset the status, press
and hold the Off button
for 10s or disconnect and
reconnect the machine
power supply.
