USE OF THE SLICER

keep your hands as far away
from the unprotected area
as possible. Use protective
gloves.
- Make sure that the sharpen-
ing device guard cover is posi-
tioned correctly (closed).
- Make sure that the emergen-
cy stop button (Fig. 2, 16) is not
pressed.
- Position the flywheel ma-
noeuvring handle (Fig. 2, 6) in
the horizontal position.
- Press the ON button (Fig. 2,
18).
- Manually activate the fly-
wheel, moving the carriage
with the sliding meat table (Fig.
2. 4) toward the operator side
(Fig. 5).
Production positioning:
- Rotate the flywheel until the
carriage is moved completely
toward the operator (Fig.5).
- Position the sliding meat ta-
ble (Fig. 2, 4) at a maximum dis-
tance of approx. 7-8 cm from
the front blade guard plate
(Fig. 2, 11) using the buttons E
(Fig. 14, E: + and -) for optimal
cutting of the product.
After

- Rotate the flywheel until the
carriage is moved completely
toward the operator (Fig.5).
- Press and hold down the
blade start button (Fig. 14, B)
with the left hand and activate
the flywheel, having it rotate it
in the clockwise direction.
- When the blade guard plate
moves (open position), release
the blade button (Fig. 14, B)
and continue to turn the fly-
wheel.
- The product will feed forward
and a slice of the previously set
thickness will be obtained.

- Rotate the flywheel until the
carriage is moved completely
toward the operator (Fig.5).
- Fold down the flywheel grip,
pulling it toward the operator,
and reposition it against the
flywheel itself.
- Set the carriage advance
speed using the buttons I (Fig.
14 , I : + and -).
The minimum value of cuts per
minute is 10, the maximum val-
ue is 40.
- Start the blade by pressing
the blade button (Fig. 14, B).
- Start automatic carriage op-
eration by pressing button L
