ADJUSTING THE TOUR SP PRO
Correcting your posture
1.
Ensure your elbows are slightly bent.
2.
The handlebar should be positioned approx. one forearm's distance from the seat,
and at an appropriate height (generally in-line or slightly below the seat height).
Ensure the positioning of the handlebar is comfortable and minimises any back
strain.
3.
To choose the appropriate seat height, the user should stand next to the Tour SP
Pro and position the seat at their hip level.
4.
Make sure that your feet fit comfortably on the pedals, with the balls of your feet
securely placed on the centre of each pedal. Consider adjusting the seat height to
keep your knees directly above the centre of the pedals when they are level with
each other.
5.
Your knees should remain slightly bent throughout cycling, between a 25 to 35
degree angle at the bottom of every pedal stroke.
6.
Your core should remain engaged, keeping your back straight and lengthened at
all times.
