7.1 - Ordinary maintenance
a) fan(s): check that they are rotating freely without any abnormal
noise and that the electrical absorption is correct.
b) cooling coil: look up into the bottom side of the coil and check
to see if it is dirty; if necessary clean it as follows:
•
in spring: clean with a vacuum cleaner to remove polien;
•
in summer: as the maximum cooling load is required in sum-
mer it is especially important to keep the coil clean so as to
prevent the intervention of the HP pressure switch on the room
unit.
•
in winter: clean with water (with the air conditioner switched
on) to remove smog deposits from fins;

vent the coil being damaged.
8 - Quick guide to fault finding
Dry Cooler working mode depends on ambient conditions and so
the operation of the conditioning unit to which it is coupled; the
user is advised to refer to the room unit manual as well as the fault
following troubleshooting.
