exclusion: We do not provide a warranty for damage due to the reasons listed below:
• Unsuitable or improper use, in particular overheating as well as cut and scratch marks
• Improper handling or overuse
• Force of any kind (e.g. dropping, knocks)
• Failure to follow the user and care instructions given in the instructions for use
• Normal wear and tear, especially discolouration
Handling :
If material or workmanship defects appear on the product within the warranty period,
warranty claims must be asserted immediately, but no later than within a period of
one month from the date on which you become aware of it. Contact the seller or the
warranty provider for the acceptance of warranty claims. The transport costs and
the risk of loss or damage en route to or from the place accepting the warranty claims
or redelivering the product will be borne by the customer. Warranty claims will only be
considered if a written complaint is submitted, showing the name, address of the claimant
and the nature of the complaint.
Supplementary
provisions:
The statutory rights to which a consumer is entitled against the seller if the purchased
goods were not free of defects at the time of the passage of risk are not limited by this
warranty. Within the warranty period, you are entitled to the statutory warranty rights (e.g.
subsequent performance, reduction of price, withdrawal from contract) within the statutory
limits undiminished and at no cost.
