Replacing the fuses
Replace the fuses in the device plug as follows:
Warning, electric shock!
Disconnect the device from the mains before replacing the fuses.
1. Unplug the mains cable from the device socket
(1).
2. Carefully unlock the lateral locks (3) on the
device socket (1) using a small screwdriver and
remove the fuse insert (4).
3. Remove defective fuses (2) and replace them
with new ones.
4. Insert the fuse insert (4) and press it in until it
audibly clicks into place.
5. Check tight fit of the fuse insert (4).

Warning, observe fuse type!
Only fuses of the following type may be used:

Cause
Leak in hoses or in the lid of the
nebulizer chamber
Plug of hose heater not connected
Faulty hose
Electronics faulty
Switched on for less than 10 min.
Quartz oscillator failure
No contact water
Accumulated condensation in the
nebulizer hose prevents aerosol flow
Bacterial filter or hoses not installed
correctly
Screw the new quartz module (C) into the nebulizer chamber
and check it for tight fit. The edge of the nebulizer chamber
must be flush with the quartz module.
Remedy
Fit lid tightly and secure with
holding-down device.
Connect hoses firmly to nozzles.
Connect plug
Replace hose
Have it repaired
Reaching the operating temperature
can take up to 10 min
Replace quartz module
Refill contact water. Check chamber
for leaks
Drain condensate. Perform
installation as described in 6.4
