3. Installation of Sun™ / Confort™
YOUR IMMERSION DETECTOR MUST BE INSTALLED IN GOOD WEATHER ON
A STILL POOL.
The alarm system must be installed at a location where the pool is at least 30 cm deep.
Make sure that the water in your pool is clear and pure before installing your device.
DO NOT USE AN ELECTRIC SCREWDRIVER when installing your device.
Some robot cleaners like diving robot are incompatible with immersion detection systems.
Your immersion detector is installed in 7 steps:
3.1 Attachment of the rigid tube
3.2 Insertion of the batteries
3.3 Choice of location
3.4 Temporary installation
3.5 Installation tests
3.6 Final installation
3.7 Validation tests
UTMOST VIGILANCE IS REQUIRED FROM THE PARENT/RESPONSIBLE ADULT
DURING THE INSTALLATION OF YOUR IMMERSION DETECTOR
Tools required for installation:
I 1 Phillips screwdriver
1 tape measure
I
I Four 1.5L water bottles
1 roll of adhesive tape
I
I 1 rope about 2 meters long.
I 1 drill with concrete bit Ø8 mm
1 hacksaw
I
I 1 pair of shears or heavy-duty scissors
1 pencil
I
I One 15 mm spanner for Confort™
