5.1 Analogue input
The universal measurement input is set up in this function group.
After entry of the input signal/sensor type additional addresses for further
description of the input are displayed.
When using RTDs the type of connection as well as the cable resistance
must be entered, on thermocouple inputs the type of cold junction
compensation as well as temperature must be entered.
The measured value display engineering units must be entered for both
types.
If the linearization table is to be used then the measurement range of the
connected sensor must be entered in this function group. The actual
table is set up later.
