Use the buttons marked with the symbols " " (Up +) and " " (Down
-) to select program no. 1.

(default 3 seconds). Confirm this setting by pressing "P".
Then, pressing "Start/Stop" the oven temperature will start to rise.

removed from the oven.
The buzzer sounds for 1 minute, but it can be turned off by pressing the
"Start/Stop" button.
When the timer is in use, it is possible to stop the countdown at any

NOTE: On F60E-F80E models, each time steam is emitted, the fan
stops to allow the steam to deposit on the food.

ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
4.1
PRELIMINARY SAFETY OPERATIONS
IMPORTANT! Before performing any maintenance operation,
disconnect the power supply by turning off the switches fitted on
the outside of the oven and/or the leavening compartment and wait
for the appliance to cool to room temperature. Always use suitable
protective equipment (gloves, eyewear...)
All precautions are decisive in ensuring that the oven remains in a
good state, and failure to observe them may result in serious
damage which will not be covered by the warranty.
4.2
ROUTINE CLEANING
After carrying out the operations described in point 4.1 above, clean
the appliance as follows:
Every day, at the end of operations and after leaving the appliance to
cool down, carefully remove from all parts of the oven any residues
that might have collected during cooking, using a damp sponge or cloth
and a little soapy water, if necessary. Rinse and dry the areas, being
sure to wipe parts with satin finish in the direction of the finish.
Carefully clean all accessible parts.
WARNING! Every day, carefully clean off any fat or grease that
may have dripped during cooking as this is a potential fire hazard.
