1 Intended use
The following products are intended to be connected to the electrical actuators type
EA11, EA21, EA31 or EA42 as an accessory.
1.1 Additional limit switches
Limit switches are used to give feedback on the preset position of the electrical
actuator.
1.2 Heating element
The heating element is used to measure temperatures. It is used at temperatures
below 10 °C and prevents the formation of ice and condensate.
1.3 Reset unit
The reset unit is used to switch on a rechargeable battery in case of a supply failure. It
allows moving the actuator into a defined and safe position, in case of a power failure.
1.4 Position signalization
The position signalization is used to detect the exact mechanical position of a valve.
The output is performed on the controller or on the monitoring print by means of a
current signal of 4-20mA.
1.5 Positioner PE25
Positioner PE25 is used to enable a continuous regulation of the valve position. For
this, the setpoint value can be 0-10 V or 4-20 mA.
