CEBORA S.p.A.

In Standard Program mode, Pulsed Arc Program mode and Manual mode, the programs may be
called up, from the Robot Terminal, by selecting the "program number" (par. 5.1).
For the selection 8 signals are available (8 bits, 0 - 7), if the RAI211 Robot Interface is used, or 3 signals
(3 bits, 0 - 2), if the RAI217 Robot Interface is used.
If a "program number" = 0 (zero) is selected from the Robot Terminal, the programs may be called up,
via the Control Panel, using the knob N, when led AU lit. Led AU is selected by key E.
NOTE: If the selected "program number" does not correspond to any existing program, the displays O
and P show the message no PrG.
The parameters for the selected program are displayed on the Control Panel.
3.1.5
Job mode.
This mode is signaled by led M lit.
In Job mode it is possible to call up a previously saved working point, developed starting from a MIG
(MIG Short or MIG Pulsed) welding program in which the user has modified some parameters.
For the selection 8 signals are available (8 bits, 0 - 7), if the RAI211 Robot Interface is used, or 3 signals
(3 bits, 0 - 2), if the RAI217 Robot Interface is used (same ones for the selection of the "program
number" in the other Operating Modes) (par. 5.1).

If a "Job number" = 0 (zero) is selected from the Robot Terminal, the saved working points may be called
up, from the Control Panel, using the knob Q, if activated while on display O is indicated PrG (5 seconds
approximately). The number of the selected job point appears on display P for 5 seconds. If the message
is steady, once the 5 seconds have elapsed, the Control Panel displays the parameters for the selected job
point. If the message is flashing, this indicates that the selected "Job number" does not correspond to any
saved job point, and display P remains flashing.
