SERVICE FUNCTIONS.

NOTE: The term "program" refers to a "MIG Short" or "MIG pulsed" synergic curve developed by
Cebora and saved in the firmware, in non-editable form, in a memory area called "program
number".
The term "Job" refers to a working point developed starting from a synergic curve, among those
provided by Cebora, with some parameters changed by the user and then saved in a memory area
called "Job number".
NOTE: In Standard Program mode, Pulsed Arc Program mode and Manual mode, if a "program
number" = 0 (zero) is selected from the Robot Terminal, the programs may be called up from the
Control Panel using the knob N, when led AU is lit. Led AU is selectable with the key E.
In Job mode, if a "Job number" = 0 (zero) is selected from the Robot Terminal, the saved
working points may be called up from the Control Panel using the knob Q.
6.1

Calling up a saved program from the Robot Terminal.

From the Robot Terminal select the Standard Program mode (Short synergic curves) or Pulsed Arc
Program mode (Pulsed synergic curves), and a "program number" other than 0 (zero).
The Control Panel displays the parameters for the selected program; other parameters are available in the
GB
"Second Functions" menù (par. 7).
If the selected "program number" does not correspond to any synergic curve, displays O and P show no
Prg.
6.2

Calling up a saved Job from the Robot Terminal.

From the Robot Terminal, select Job mode (synergic curves changed by the user) and a "Job number"
other than 0 (zero).
Display O shows PrG and display P shows the selected "Job number". After 3 seconds, the Control Panel
displays the parameters for the selected Job; other parameters are available in the "Second Functions"
menù (par. 7).
If the selected "Job number" does not correspond to any existing Job, display P flashes and the remaining
signals on the Control Panel are off.
6.3

Calling up a saved Job from the Control Panel.

From the Robot Terminal, select the Parameter Selection Internal mode to make the Control Panel
operative.
Press the AZ key.
The led M lights ("Job" function). Displays O and P show, for 3 seconds, PrG and the number of the last
Job used or, if none have ever been used, of the last Job saved.
Within 3 seconds, with knob Q choose the "Job number" desired, visualized on display P.
After 3 seconds, on Control Panel are shown some parameters relative to the Job chosen; other parameters
are available in the "Second Functions" menù (par. 7).
If to the chosen "Job number" does not correspond any existing Job, the indication on display P is
blinking, and the remaining signallings on Control Panel are off.
If the message PrG and the "Job number" is already missing from displays O and P, in order to operate a
new Job choice, press shortly once the key AZ, and operate the choice with knob Q.
In order to exit the "Job" function press shortly the key AZ (twice if the message PrG and "Job number"
