3) To lift the toothed rack, push forward on the metal button.
Hint: For all our recipes, we recommend lining a baking tray with greaseproof paper. So-
metimes the cut-outs of dough do not stick to the paper very well. In this case you should
simply use a lightly greased baking tray without the greaseproof paper. Important: The
baking tray should be cool.
Our collection of recipes is always „reduced-sugar". If you prefer the biscuits to be signifi-
cantly sweeter, add a further 10-20g sugar to the quantity given in the recipe.
If the dough is too soft, put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Recipes
Marzipan Biscuits
Ingredients:
150 g Margarine
80 g Sugar
200 g Flour
200 g Marzipan Paste
1 Medium Egg
Method:
Mix the chopped up marzipan paste with the sugar, egg, margarine and flour using the
dough hook of the electric mixer.
Fill the Cookie Press with the dough, and form the biscuits on a cool baking tray lined with
greaseproof paper.
Oven temperature: 180°C (not preheated) Baking time: approx. 20-25 min
Favourite Biscuits
Ingredients:
175 g Margarine
60 g Yoghurt
80 g Sugar
2 Packets Vanilla Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
200 g Flour
Some cream to glaze the biscuits
For decoration: e.g. whole milk couverture chocolate or icing
Method:
Knead the margarine, yoghurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and baking powder into a smooth
dough. If the dough is too soft, add some more flour.
Choose the cutter template for the Cookie Press and form beautiful biscuits on a cool
baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Brush some cream on the ready-formed biscuits with a pastry brush. Place the baking tray
on the lowest shelf in the oven.
Oven temperature: 180° C / Baking time: approx. 12-15 min
