6. START/STOP
Press the "START/STOP" button until you hear a beep to start the
programs. Only the "START/STOP" button is functional in switched-
on condition.
You can pause the program by pressing the "START/STOP" button
during a program.
To end the program sequences, press the "START/STOP" button for
about 2 seconds. A long beep indicates that the current program has
been switched off.
7. Programs
You can select the desired program by turning the "+" / "-" dial. The
selection flashes. Confirm the program using the "OK" button. The
various programs and their functions are summarized below.
BASIC BREAD (1)
FRENCH BREAD (2)
WHOLE WHEAT BREAD (3)
SWEET BREAD (4)
LOW SUGAR BREAD (5)

Program time: 2:42 to 3:07 hours (depending on
the size of bread) Kneading, rising and baking nor-
mal bread. You can also add ingredients to adjust
the taste.
Program time: 3:18 to 3:33 hours (depending on
the size of bread) Kneading, fermenting and baking
with a longer fermentation duration. The bread
that is baked in this program usually has a crisper
crust and a light texture.
Program time: 3:31 to 3:50 hours (depending on
the size of bread) Kneading, rising and baking of
whole wheat bread. This setting has a longer pre-
heating time to allow the wheat to absorb the wa-
ter and expand. It is not advisable to use the time
delay function, as this may lead to poor results.
Program time: 2:55 to 3:07 hours (depending on
the size of bread) Kneading, rising and baking
sweet bread. For baking crispy and sweet bread.
Program time: 3:04 to 3:19 hours (depending on
the size of bread) Low sugar bread: Kneading, rising
and baking, with low-sugar content
