The "Degree of browning" function works only in the following pro-
grams: PIZZA DOUGH, ITALIAN DOUGH, DOUGH RISE, FERMENT/DE-
FROST, YOGHURT, PICKLED VEGE, DOUGH, JAM, ROAST NUT, MEAT
FLOSS, RICE VINEGAR, CAKE
The bread size can then be changed. You can choose between the
following values:
500g (small) 750g (medium) or 950g (large)
Note that the baking time can vary depending on the weight and
size of the bread. The "Size" function works only in the following
programs: QUICK, PIZZA DOUGH, ITALIAN DOUGH, DOUGH RISE,
FERMENT/DEFROST, YOGHURT, PICKLED VEGE, DOUGH, JAM, BAKE,
ROAST NUT, MEAT FLOSS, RICE VINEGAR, CAKE, ITALIAN CAKE and
DO IT YOURSELF
9. Time delay
If you want the bread machine to start only at a specific time, you
can adjust this by using the time delay. Please ensure that you do
not use perishable ingredients such as eggs, fruit or onions in the
"time delay" mode. The maximum delay time is 13 hours. Select a
program and adjust it as desired. Once you reach the delay time "
" option, you can set the specific time at which the bread ma-
chine should be finished. Turn the "+" / "-" dial to the desired delay
time and press the "OK" button. Please note that the delay time
should include the baking time of the program.
Example: It is 8:30 pm. If you want your bread to be ready at 7 am the
next morning, then the time to be set is 10 hours and 30 minutes. Ad-
just the desired program, the desired degree of browning and bread
size. Then select the current time 10:30 in the delay time, which is
shown on the LCD display. Then touch the STOP / START button to
activate this delay program. The remaining time is counted down and
displayed on the LCD. The fresh bread will be ready at 7:00 am. The
keep warm period of one hour starts if the bread is not taken out
immediately.
