7.1 DIY (Do it yourself) program
The preparation process involves kneading / raising / baking and
keeping warm and many periods. The user can adjust the time for
each period by himself. The program is mainly intended for the user
who is familiar with bread making to adjust the time according to
one's taste and to obtain a satisfactory result.

Cooking jams and marmalades, puréeing fruit or vegeta-
bles before adding them to the bread pan.

Only baking, no kneading and rising. Is also used to in-
crease the baking time for selected settings.
