8.1.3

Quality Control (optional).

Operative only in Job mode (L13 lit).
Possible states: OFF = not active (default);
ON
= active.
With T10 or T11 you select the function status, T13 to
confirm and return to the previous page.
The selection of the state can only occur with the Job
mode disabled (L13 off), therefore, first set the Q.C. func-
tion status, then select the Job mode (see par. 4.18).
Once the feature is enabled on the panel may appear the
following reports:
− L14 off = Quality Control not operative;
− L14 lit = Quality Control operative;
− L14 flashing = Quality Control active but kept stopped
by the data logger (par. 8.2.2); to make the Quality
Control operative the start command from data logger
is needed.

8.1.4

Push-pull (optional).

Possible states: OFF = not active (default);
ON
= active.
With T10 or T11 you select the function status, T13 to
confirm and return to the previous page.
This function provides the installation of the Cebora
"Push-pull" option, art. 176.00.
For more information, refer to the "Push-pull" option In-
struction Manual.
8.1.5

Max Inching.

Operative in Standard mode, Pulsed arc mode, Manual
mode, HD mode and Root mode.
Possible states: OFF = not active (default);
ON
= active.
When active the function can have the table values:

If active, blocks the power source if, after the start (Arc-
On), the wire comes out for a length greater than that as-
signed to the function, without current passage.

Machine.

8.2.1

Clock Setup.

With T12 you enter the page for setting the Date, Time and
Time Zone.
For settings, use T10, T11, T12 and T13. navigation keys.
After setting, press T9 (EXIT) to confirm and return to the
previous page.
8.2.2

Data Logger.

This function must only be activated with the data logger,
art. 408 connected to the power source.
Possible states: OFF = not active (default);
ON
= active (operation with data
logger connected).
With T10 or T11 select the function status, T13 to confirm
and return to previous page.
If the function is activated with the data logger discon-
nected on D1 and D2 the alarm "LOG" "nc" appears (data
logger disconnected).
The data logger performs the terminal function and data
acquisition unit to be used in combination with the "Quality
Control" function present in the power source (par. 8.1.3).

8.2.3

Auxiliary CAN.

Communication line CAN bus CAN2 (Auxiliary CAN)
setting.
To reach the "Auxiliary CAN" function, when the weld-
ing system is configured for independent operation follow
these steps:
Starting from the main page of Fig. 8.2.2:
− press T5, T6 (MENU) to access the Main Menu;
− with T10 or T11 select Settings;
− T12 press to enter the sub-menu;
− with T10 or T11 select Machine;
− T12 press to enter the sub-menu;
