L9 led - Safety function.

Signals the status of the lock function of the control panel.
To activate press T2 while pressing T5.
L9 lights to indicate that the function is active.
With the function enabled, the function values may not be
changed, while browsing the menu pages and languages
selecting remain possible.
To disable the function press again the same way T5 + T2.
If "Use PIN" function is enabled (par. 8.2.5), at the deac-
tivation instance will be prompted to enter the 4-digit PIN
code.
With T10, T11, T12, T13 dial the code, then press T7
(OK) to release the lock.

4.10 D1 display.

In each welding process, displays the value of the measure
selected via the T1 key:
− for thickness (L1) it indicates millimetres;
− for wire speed (L2) it indicates meters per minute;
− for welding current (L3) it indicates the amperes.
In some cases it shows part of a message completed by D2:
− if the selected "program number" does not correspond
to an existing program, it reads no (complete abbrevi-
ation "no PrG");
− in the case of a power source error message, it displays
the abbreviation "Err". D2 shows the error number.

4.11 D2 display.

In each welding process, displays the value of the measure
selected via the T2 key:
− for the welding voltage (L4) it displays the volts;
− for the arc length (L5) it displays a number between
-9.9 and +9.9, default = 0;
− for the inductance (L6) it displays a number between
-9.9 and +9.9, default = 0.
In some cases it shows part of a message completed by D1:
− in Job mode it temporarily displays (5 s) the number of
the selected Job.
If the selected "Job number" does not correspond to an
existing Job, the message on D2 flashes;
− in the other operating modes (excluded Parameter se-
lection internal mode) if the selected "program num-
ber" does not correspond to an existing program it dis-
plays "PrG" (complete abbreviation "no PrG");
− in the event of an error message of the power source, it
displays the error number. D1 shows the abbreviation
"Err".

4.12 D3 display.

Is a matrix display that shows all information required for
welding system programming.
The visualized pages are selected with the function keys
and navigation keys.
The cursor is represented by a yellow line to whose inside
appears the negative written parameter (black text on yel-
low background).
The values to assign to the selected parameters are sup-
plied with the navigation keys and in some cases also with
M1 and M2 knobs.

4.13 Function keys.

Are the T5, T6, T7, T8 and T9 keys and concur to access
the several menu of the firmware.
T5 change the visualization of the functions attributed to
T6, T7, T8 and T9 keys.
Moreover, the attributed function to each single key also
changes according the page visualized in D3.

4.14 Navigation keys.

Are the T10, T11, T12 and T13 keys and allow the menu
pages and parameters navigation.
T10 and T11 keys concur to move the cursor in vertical
direction.
T12 key concurs to access the parameter menu selected by
the cursor.
T13 key concurs the return to the previous menu, with
memorization of the carried out choice.

4.15 L10 led - MIG process.

It indicates that a MIG process is selected.
The indication of the type of the selected MIG process is
supplied by D3.

4.16 L11 led - TIG process.

It indicates that TIG welding process is selected (not avail-
able with "Robot interface" function active).

4.17 L12 led - MMA process.

It indicates that MMA welding process is selected (not
available with "Robot interface" function active).
