3 Unpacking and Inspection

Inspect the shipping container. If it is damaged, contact the shipper immediately for
instructions. Do not discard the container. If there is no apparent damage, carefully
unpack the DCC1000e System. The box contains the following items:
• DCC1000e panel
• Resin pack
• Operation Manual
• Quick Start Guide
• Declaration of Conformity
If items are missing or shipping container is damaged, notify METTLER TOLEDO
immediately.

• Locate the system in an area to minimize sample line length and to avoid dripping or
spraying water, excess heat, dust and physical abuse.
• M ounting bolts/screws shall be minimum of 1/4 inch or 6mm diameter.
