8 Power Supply, Analog Output and Relays

• P ower terminal block is located behind blue cover panel shown by arrow.
• C onnect power to terminals shown.
• A nalog outputs and Relay connections are available inside M800 for use to transmit
desired signal. See the M800 manual for wiring details and setup.

9 Adjust Sample Water Flow

NOTE: There is a slight delay in the response so make small adjustments until
the value is reached.
Before applying power make sure that both internal circuit
breakers are set to the off position (switched down).
Once power has been applied to the unit LED's will light
up on the green terminal block. This is an indicator that
the unit has power and is ready for operation.
To power on the M800 switch the first circuit breaker to
the on position (switched up). The M800 will turn on and
begin it startup sequence.
Leave the heater circuit breaker (second breaker) off until
all parameters have been checked and you are ready to
run.
With the M800 powered on, note the 5th measurement
on the display (FLOW). This is the input flow rate. It is set
to L/min.
