Performing a reset
1. Press the reset button inside the device
with a screwdriver.

Replacing the carbon dioxide filter
ATTENTION
Malfunctions
Contaminated carbon dioxide can cause
malfunctions.
When working on the carbon dioxide filter,
be careful not to get any dirt into the device.
1. Close the stop valve on the carbon diox-
ide bottle.
2. Operate the device at the highest level
for about 1 minute to depressurise the
carbon dioxide hose.
3. Unscrew the carbon dioxide filter from
the bottle.
4. Carefully open the filter casing. Let the
hose hang down to prevent dirt from en-
tering.

5. Vacuum out the filter casing.
6. Remove the filter inlay.
7. Fasten the new filter inlay by pressing it
on with your hand.
8. Renew the copper sealing ring if neces-
sary.
9. Close and tighten the filter casing
(torque 80 Nm).

free of cost, provided that a material or
manufacturing defect is the cause. In a war-

Utilisation conforme

● L'appareil est utilisé pour éliminer la sa-
leté avec des pellets de glace carbo-
nique qui sont accélérées par un jet d'air.
● Les pellets de glace carbonique sont
produits dans l'appareil. Cela nécessite
du dioxyde de carbone liquide prove-
nant d'une bouteille à tube ascendant.
● L'appareil ne peut pas être utilisé dans
un environnement soumis au risque
d'explosion.
● L'échange d'air minimum spécifié dans
la section « Données techniques » doit
être respecté sur le lieu d'utilisation.
● Le boîtier de l'appareil ne peut être retiré
que par le service après-vente KÄR-
CHER à des fins de maintenance.
Qualité de CO
Pour garantir un fonctionnement sans pro-
blème, le dioxyde de carbone utilisé doit au
moins être conforme aux spécifications
suivantes :
● Dioxyde de carbone technique, classe
2.5 ou supérieure
● Pureté ≥ 99,5 %
● Teneur en eau (H O) ≤ 250 ppm

● NVOC (huile et graisse) ≤ 2 ppm
