Inkubering:
Inkubera 3M Petrifilm RYM odlingsplattor mellan 60 och 72 timmar vid 25 °C +/- 1 °C eller 28 °C +/- 1 °C.
Plattorna kan förvaras i inkubator i upp till 5 dagar.
Tolkning:
Beräkna antalet närvarande mikroorganismer i testprovet enligt ISO 7218
innehåller upp till 150 kolonier ska inkluderas i beräkningen. Uppskattningar omfattas inte av NF Validation-certifieringen (jmf stycke 5 under avsnittet
