Inkubation:
Inkuber 3M Petrifilm RYM Tælleplader mellem 60 og 72 timer ved 25 °C +/-1 °C eller 28 °C +/-1 °C.
Tællepladerne kan opbevares i inkubatoren op til 5 dage.
Fortolkning:
Beregn antallet af mikroorganismer til stede i testprøven ifølge ISO 7218
Tælleplader, som indeholder op til 150 kolonier. De anslåede værdier ligger uden for NF Validation-certificeringens område (Se afsnittet for aflæsning,
