Main switch

The main switch interrupts the electrical supply line to the starter
motor.
If the main switch is pressed when the engine is running (battery
disconnected), the engine will stop.
Always disconnect the battery when the vehicle is parked.

Emergency operation

The emergency operation hydraulic valve is located under a cov-
er behind the driver cabin.
A description of this is provided in chapter Help with errors.
This hydraulic valve is required when:
 The waste container/attachment frame cannot be raised be-
cause the device hydraulics have failed. For example when
the engine fails.
 The front power lift/suction mouth cannot be raised because
the device hydraulics have failed. For example when the en-
gine fails.
 The parking brake spring actuator cannot be released, e.g. for
towing the vehicle.

Waste container/attachment frame switchover

There are two different versions of the switch lever depending on
the version of the vehicle.

The hydraulic system can be switched between the waste con-
tainer and attachment frame via the switchover valve.
Note
The waste container and attachment frame are electronically
monitored. Both functions cannot be activated simultaneously.

The hydraulic system can be switched between the waste con-
tainer and attachment frame via the switchover valve.

The waste container and attachment frame are electronically

The driver's door is located at the left side in the travel direction,
the emergency exit is located at the right side.
The door opener and door handles can be used as a aid for en-
tering and exiting the cab.
Lock both doors with the ignition key after parking the vehicle.
A lockable storage compartment is located under the passenger
seat. This can be used for storing documents, operating instruc-
tions, small parts or the towing eye.
