The bus coupler's parameter data is annexed to the output data in the byte chain.
The bit assignments of the bus coupler are described in section
Bus Coupler
Parameters.
The diagnostic data of the valve system is 8 bytes in length and is appended to
the input data. For the breakdown of diagnostic data see section
pler Diagnostic
Data.
INFO: In the example, it is assumed that the first word has the address "0".
If the PLC can only assign the address "1" to the first word, an offset of 1 must be
added to all addresses.

Creating process data and diagnostic data table
Using the web server, the configuration can be retrieved to create the process
data and diagnostic data table.
Fig. 11: Configuration display on the web server
The total length of the output data in the example configuration is 11 words. Of
this, 10 words are the module output data and 1 word is the bus coupler parame-
ter word.
The total length of the input data in the example configuration is 8 words. This
consists of 4 words of module input data and 4 words of module diagnostic data.
The valve system always sends and receives the input and output words in the
same physical sequence. These cannot be changed. In most masters, however,
alias names can be assigned to the data, making it possible for users to select any
desired names for the data.
After the PLC configuration, the output words are assigned as shown in the fol-
lowing table. The bus coupler parameter word is appended to the output word of
the modules.
To activate the output data, additionally the "RUN_Set" bit must be set in word 0.
To transfer the parameter data, the "Param_Set" bit must be set. For further in-
