MAKE SURE THAT THE SAFETY BAR HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED BEFORE LOWERING THE
WASTE CONTAINER.
14.5. SIDE BRUSH
OPERATION TO BE PERFORMED WITH THE ENGINE OFF AND COLD WITH GLOVES,
SAFETY GOGGLES AND RESPIRATORY PROTECTION DEVICES.
Every 50/80 hours of work or when required, check the good condition of the side brush (Item 1 Figure 3
para.3.3), in particular if it is assumed that it has inadvertently collected cords, wires, etc .
In the event that its replacement is necessary:
Raise the side brush (para . 8 .10)
Unscrew the ring nut Item 1 Figure 47 to detach the side brush Item 2 Figure 47 from the plastic flange
Replace the worn brush with the new one, inserting it on the flange and tightening the ring nut to lock it,
adjusting the height as described in para . 9 .3
