Cleaning the motor protection
filter
Wash out the motor protection filter
once a week or sooner if it is visibly
dirty.
ATTENTION
Incorrect cleaning
Damage to the device
Do not use detergents or boiling water
for cleaning.
Never clean the foam insert in a wash-
ing machine.
Never dry the foam insert with a hair
dryer.
Allow the foam insert to dry out com-
pletely (at least 24 hours) before in-
serting it into the device.
1. Press the latch and remove the dust
container.

2. Unlock the lock and open the cover.
3. Remove the motor protection filter.
4. Remove the foam insert from the
frame.
5. Wash out the foam insert in warm
water (max. 40 °C).
6. Throughly rinse the foam insert and
allow to dry in the air.
7. Insert the motor protection filter with
the foam insert into the upper sec-
tion of the dust container.
8. Allow the cover to latch into place.
9. Insert the dust container into the de-
vice and allow it to latch into place.
