Decommissioning, storage, disposal are activities that are undertaken very seldom.
7.1

Storage conditions

When preparing the clamping system for storage, make sure that the surfaces of the base and the
projecting components are not damaged, and place underlays of wood, rubber or plastic under the
clamping system for protection.
If the clamping system is to be stored for an extended period, clean it thoroughly and apply preservative.
7.2

Decommissioning

X Thoroughly clean the clamping system and apply preservative.
X Cover the clamping system with a sheet to protect it against dust and coarse dirt.

Disposal

Ensure environmental compatibility, take precautions against health hazards, comply with disposal regu-
