EN
Take the product in the desired amount.
After use, reposition the scoop in its hou-
sing.
Close the cover to allow the machine to
keep the product ready for sale under opti-
mal temperature and consistency conditions
(fig.III/09)
Never leave the cover open after taking the product, otherwise
the machine will not carry out automatic maintenance operations
and will expose the product to the risk of bacterial contamina-
tion.
3.3 Selection of working programs
The machine has 7 different work programs.
Programs 1 and 2 are specific for the production of slush;
programs 3 to 7 are suitable for sorbets and ice cream.
The consistency level obtainable is proportional to the selected program and
to the type of mixture used: lower program numbers correspond to lower
consistencies, higher program numbers correspond to higher consistencies
Procedure for changing the working program:
Start a freezing cycle by pressing the key
PRODUCTION/OK. The display shows a
number between 1 and 7 on the work pro-
gram previously set (fig.III/10).
During freezing cycle, with the beater ON, by
pressing the AGITATION/P key, the display
will show the letter "PR" followed by the
running program (fig.III/11).

When freezing for the first time a slush mix it is advisable to
select the program Pr1. If the temperature and the consistency of
the finished product were not satisfactory it will be possible to
select a different program (Pr2) during the subsequent freezing.
When freezing for the first time an ice cream mix it is advisable to se-
lect the program Pr1. If the temperature and the consistency of the
finished product were not satisfactory it will be possible to select a
different program (Pr4-Pr7)during the subsequent freezing.
It is always advisable to increase the program by one number at a time,
checking the result every time.
The selection of programs with too high a number relative to the
type of mixture used exposes the machine to the premature
wear of the scraping shoes and the moving parts constituting
the mechanical transmission. The wrong selection of programs also
entails an increase in electricity and water consumption.
3.4 Partial Filling (Refill)
During the administration of product, to restore the correct amount of the
product in the tub, you may at any time add fresh liquid mixture and proceed
with a new production and proceed with a new production pressing again
PRODUCTION/OK key (fig.III/14).
fig.III/10
Small amounts of added fresh product require short
batch freezing times; adding greater amounts of mixture entails
longer batch freezing times.
To reduce batch freezing times, the liquid mixture added to integrate
the residual product should always be close to 0°C (32°F).
