Replacing the ploughshare

Proceed as outlined below.
1) Move the lever (A) and turn the guide (B) downwards,
if fitted.
2) Remove the circlip (C).
3) Unscrew the wing nut (D).
4) Lift and hold the clamping device (E).
Replacing the slider

Danger - Warning
During disassembly, watch out for the elasticity of
the slider since, when it is released from the rail, it
springs back to the starting position (straight) and
could cause injury.
When the slider wears down to a thickness of 6 mm, it
must be replaced.

5) Push the ploughshare forwards and turn it so it is fac-
ing downwards.
6) Hold the ploughshare and remove the screw (F) and
washer (G).
For the assembly, carry out the same operations as for
disassembly but proceeding in reverse order.
Proceed as outlined below.
Disassembly
1) Secure the slider to the skid using suitable clamps.
2) Unscrew the nuts and remove the screws securing
the slider to the skid.
3) Slowly release the slider and remove it from the skid.
