MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS
The electric spiral mixer, produced in the versions "5", "10", "15", "20", "30", "40", "50", "60" is designed for mixing doug hs
(mixing and /or kneading), hard and soft, made up of flour, salt, yeast, fats and liquids (water, oil, etc.), for an exclusiv ely
food-based diet.
Each mixer consists of:

steel structure protected by heat-resistant paint;

bowl, spiral, dividing-dough and protection grid, are all in steel; bowl and spiral both rotating clockwise

chain transmission with gearmotor in oil bath; moving parts

placed on ball bearings;

4 nylon wheels, 2 of them with brake; single-phase, three-
-
phase, three-phase 2-speed motor;
-
electrical circuit powered by a low voltage network cable (24V) to which the control devices for starting and
stopping the machine are connected, plus the safety devices, including the internal locking device for the moving
parts
The machine is designed in accordance with European directives, it is designed to protect the user against the risks
associated with its use. For this reason, the machine is equipped with appropriate protections that must not be tampered
with for any reason, in order to avoid risks due to contact with moving parts.

machine is stopped and without mains power supply
(disconnect the mains voltage by disconnecting the
plug from the installation)
