CLEANING
CAUTION: It is recommended not to use abrasive or corrosive non-food chemicals. Absolutely avoid the use of
water jets, various utensils, rough or abrasive means, such as steel flakes, sponges, etc., which could damage the
surfaces and in particular compromise the safety of a hygienic point of view.
Cleaning should be done at the end of each use.in compliance with the rules of hygiene and protection of machine
functions, by doing the following:
-
Using a wooden or plastic paddle, remove the rest of the dough;
-
with a soft sponge and lukewarm water, thoroughly clean the bowl, the spiral, the dough tearer and the
protective grid;
-
dry with kitchen paper, followed by a soft cloth and a specific product for cleaning surfaces in contact with food.
Noticed:in the case of a machine with tilting head and removable bowl, we recommend removing the bowl to facilitate
cleaning;
To maintain the efficiency and safety of the machine, it is necessary to carry out periodic maintenance, every six months,
with the following information:
UPPER CHAIN TENSION
The chain tension is ensured by the chain tensioner. If the machine is
not fitted with one, if on checking the chain is loose or the rotation of
the spiral is not constant, unscrew the panel "P" (FIG.14-15), loosen the
screws "Q", pull the "R" spiral support until the chain is taut again. Then
block the support of the spiral with the screws and replace the panel
and fix it.
CHAIN LUBRICATION
To lubricate the chains, proceed as follows:
-
unscrew the fixing screws of the upper panel "P" and
the rear panel "V"; put in the "S" and "T" chains (FIG
-
14-15-16) a reasonable amount of grease, enough to
lubricate all the chain rings; reassemble the panels
and fix them with the screws provided.
-
For any maintenance not considered as ordinary maintenance and in the event of a malfunction, contact the
manufacturer only.
DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL
ATTENTION: The demolition and disposal of the machine are the sole responsibility and
the responsibility of the owner who must comply with the legislation in force in his
countries in terms of safety, respect and protection of the environment.
When scrapping the machine, it is mandatory to comply with the regulations in
vigor. To facilitate material recycling operations, differentiate the parts making up the machine according to the different
types of construction materials (plastic, copper, iron, etc.)
