MACHINE USE
Below is a series of sequences for the correct use of the machine:
BEFORE
PARTICULAR: THE SURFACE OF THE TANK, THE SPIRAL AND THE CENTRAL COLUMN WHICH ARE IN
CONTACT WITH THE FOOD
Lift the "I" guard and pour the ingredients needed for the paste into the bowl, then lower the bowl guard and activate
the rotation of the bowl and the spiral as described below. To visually check the consistency of the paste, or to add more
ingredients, you can do so through the protective grid, without lifting it and therefore stopping the operation of the
machine.
Starting from the "machine off" situation:
-
Turn to the ON position, the position differential switch, in coordination with the general earthing installation,
located upstream of the machine itself at the user's factory;
-
Turn the timer knob clockwise, then select the desired work minutes for the timed cycle.

Press Button 1 which starts the rotation of the bowl and the spiral.
RECHECK THAT THE TANK AND SPIRAL TURN CLOCKWISE .
Starting from the "machine on" situation:
To restart machining, after a suspension of work, you need to press button 1, after restoring the safety function.
Starting from the "machine in EMERGENCY" situation: (e.g. Thermal protection intervention):

Switch off the Machine, with the sequence of commands indicated in the point "MACHINE STOP"; Let the
-
engine cool for about half an hour;
-
Start the Machine with the sequence of commands indicated in the point "STARTING FROM THE MACHINE
STOPPED SITUATION"
Machine stop
For the total stop of the machine, from the finished or interrupted machining condition, you must:
-
Press Button 0, which ends the rotation of the bowl and the spiral. Turn the timer
-
knob to position 0.

Turn to the OFF position, the position differential switch, in coordination with the general earthing installation,
located upstream of the machine itself at the user's factory; which disconnects the machine from the power
supply network.
Noticed:in a three-phase machine, if the direction of rotation of the bowl is opposite to the direction indicated by the
arrow, you must follow these steps to reverse the direction of rotation:

Switch off the machine

Disconnect the mains plug.

Invert the position of the two phases in the socket. (e.g. L1 with L2 and vice versa). Reconnect the machine to
-
the network;
-
Restart the machine and check that the bowl rotates clockwise.

After the machine restarts, wait a few minutes before starting to work, to make sure it works perfectly.
