INSTALLING THE ES400 MAX/
ES600 MAX/ES800/ES800 MAX
EVAPORATOR UNIT
1.
Fit the template according to the instructions given.
2.
Mark the positions of the drilled holes and openings.
Avoid any possible interference with electric wires and
parts of the vehicle chassis.
3.
Drill blind holes to screw the evaporator unit in place.
Screw in the bolts and washers to the ceiling. Do not
tighten.
4.
Cut the holes to route the refrigeration hoses (ES800: Ø
80, ES500/400: Ø 70) and the moisture drain holes (Ø 22).
5.
Install the unit on the ceiling supported by the bolts
screwed in previously.
6.
Tighten the bolts.

1.
Bringen Sie die Schablone gemäß den Anweisungen an.
2.
Markieren Sie die Stellen, wo Löcher gebohrt werden
müssen. Achten Sie darauf, dass keine elektrischen Kabel
oder Teile des Fahrgestells im Weg sind.
3.
Sacklöcher bohren und Verdampfergerät anschrauben. Die
Bolzen und Unterlegscheiben zur Decke. Noch nicht
anziehen.
4.
Schneiden Sie die Löcher für die Kältemittel- (ES800: Ø
80, ES500/400: Ø 70) und Ablaufschläuche (Ø 22).
5.
Setzen Sie das Gerät nun auf die vorher in die Decke
geschraubten Bolzen.
6.
Ziehen Sie die Schrauben fest.

1.
Fijar la plantilla siguiendo las indicaciones de la misma.
2.
Marcar las posiciones de los taladros y agujeros. Evitar
posibles interferencias con cables eléctricos y elementos
del chasis del vehículo.
3.
Hacer taladros ciegos para enroscar los tornillos de
sujeción de la unidad evaporadora. Enroscar los tornillos
y arandelas al techo, sin apretar.
4.
Cortar los agujeros para pasar las mangueras frigoríficas
(ES800: Ø 80, ES500/400: Ø 70) y de desagüe (Ø 22).
5.
Montar la unidad en el techo, dejándola sujeta mediante
los tornillos previamente enroscados.
6.
Apretar los tornillos.

1.
Ajuster le gabarit selon les instructions fournies.
2.
Indiquer les endroits où il faudra percer. Éviter d'entrer
en contact avec des fils électriques et des pièces du châssis
du véhicule.
3.
Percer des trous borgnes pour y visser le groupe
évaporateur. Visser les écrous et rondelles au plafond,
sans trop serrer.
4.
Découper les trous de façon à pouvoir faire passer les
flexibles de réfrigération (ES800: Ø 80, ES500/400: Ø 70)
et les flexibles de vidange d'humidité (Ø 22).
5.
Installer le groupe au plafond. Les écrous vissés
précédemment servent de support.
6.
Serrer les boulons.

1.
Regolare il modello in base alle istruzioni fornite.
2.
Segnare i punti in cui effettuare le perforazioni. Evitare
il contatto con i cavi elettrici e con le parti del telaio
del veicolo.
3.
Praticare dei fori ciechi per poter avvitare l'unità
evaporatore in posizione. Avvitare i bulloni e gli
spallamenti al soffitto. Non stringere.
4.
Praticare i fori in modo da consentire il passaggio delle
manichette di refrigerazione (ES800: D 80, ES500/400: D
70) e dei fori per il drenaggio dell'umidità (D 22).
5.
Installare l'unità sul soffitto fissandola con i bulloni
avvitati in precedenza.
6.
Serrare i bulloni.
