Observe all basic precautions
when using the device, including
the following:

● Switch off the device and pull
out the mains plug before per-
forming any care and service

● Only use the device indoors.
● The device is not a toy. Exer-
cise special caution when us-
ing the device in the presence
of children.
● Only use the device as de-
scribed in the manual.
Use only accessories recom-
mended by the manufacturer.
● Do not use the device with a
damaged charging cable or
plug. If the device does not
work as it should, has been
dropped or left outdoors, or
has fallen into water, have the
device checked by our cus-
tomer service department be-
fore using it.
● Do not pull on the charging ca-
ble of the charger or use it as
a handle when transporting
the device, do not close a door

properly grounded socket

Grounding regulations
● This device must be grounded. Should a malfunc-
tion or failure occur, the grounding provides a path
of least resistance for the electric current so that the
risk of electric shock is reduced.
● This device is equipped with a power supply cable
with earth conductor and a Schuko plug.
● The plug must be plugged into a suitable outlet that
is properly installed and grounded in accordance
with all local codes and ordinances.
WARNING
● Improper connection of the device earth conductor
may result in a risk of electric shock.
● Contact a qualified electrician or customer service
representative if there is any doubt as to whether the
socket is properly earthed.
● Do not modify the plug supplied with the device.
● If the plug does not fit into the socket, have a suita-
ble socket installed by a qualified electrician.
● This device is approved for use on a 120 V mains
power circuit and has a plug as shown in Figure A.
● Make sure the device is plugged into an outlet that
has the same configuration as the plug.
● Do not use an adapter with this device.
