Use a piping system to exit the gases of the engine muffler or any kind of
adequate protection, as well as a warning sign. The insulating material must be
fireproof. Also make sure that there are no fuel leaks to avoid burns and fires.
3. Maintenance
To make the engine work reliably, reduce the friction of parts and extend the
service life, be sure provide a regular maintenance to the engine according to
the following rules:
3.1 Routine maintenance
1) Check the oil level is at the proper level with the level control rod. In
new machines o not being used for a long term must be stopped after
five to ten minutes of operation at low speed. Then check the oil level a
second time a second time to check if it is still right.
2) Check the water level of the cooling system.
3) Exclude the possibility of leakage of water, oil and fuel in the diesel
engine.
4) Check and ensure the correct arrangement of parts in the diesel engine.
5) Check each bracket and connections to see if they are properly
connected.
6) Keep diesel engine clean. Use a cleaner to clean fuel, oil, water and
dust; be sure to clean and dry especially electronic equipment, also
clean
the
dust
from
the

heatsink
in
the
water
tank.
