mounted outside the turbocharger bypass as a handle to load. No push

push rod and the turbocharger will not work normally. Please note that the
diesel engine can not work without air filter nor with leaks in the air intake or
exhaust.
9. It is forbidden to operate under overload conditions for a long term. If the
diesel engine works overloaded for a long term, the motor speed will be slow,
the turbocharger speed will be slow and the air air outlet is ineffective. The
turbocharger can not increase the flow of air inlet and increase air intake
resistance, therefore, the diesel engine would not work well.

10. When you want to stop the engine, do not stop diesel immediately, it is

the temperature drops, stop the diesel engine. It is not allowed to abruptly
stop the diesel engine when it is operating.
11. Pay attention when starting the diesel engine at low temperature. When the
ambient temperature is too low or the engine was stopped for a long time,
excess oil viscosity would affect the oil flow and pressure. Check oil filled in
the oil filter and its pipe to the turbocharger. After starting the engine, keep
idle for 3 to 5 minutes, then you can increase the speed or load.
Operation at idle speed should not exceed ten minutes. Operation at idle
speed for a long time will cause a drop of the temperature in the combustion
chamber, burned insufficiently, blocking the fuel injection and also will cause
problems in the rings and valves. As for the low speed and turbo pressure
can generate an oil leak in the turbine casing by the joints.
When you open and check the turbo, work after the engine has cooled. The
turbo will be damaged if the diesel engine is without the inlet pipe and the oil
filter.
When the diesel is hot, do not touch it to avoid burns, nor touch their
connections for the same reason.
