5.3 Piston and rod

The set rod-piston connection consists of piston, segments, piston pin, rod,
screw rod, rod bushing, etc. The deviation of the mass of the connecting rod to
the piston will be less than 3 g. For the manufacture of piston, aluminum ZL 109
is used.
The gas segment ring is made of a cast alloy. The outer circle of the first gas
ring is covered by porous chromium, which can reduce abrasion between the
cylinder liner and piston ring.
The second gas ring is a ring with a conical side, the surface is marked "TOP"
(UP) faces the top face. The reverse assembly is not allowed.
The sealing ring is used as oil control ring. Due to lubrication it has less wear by
abrasion, so it has a higher resistance and the lifetime of this ring is extended.
