7) After the first 50 hours of operating oil from crankcase must be replaced
Also empty the oil filter, oil reservoir and oil filter strainer.
8) Eliminate all kind of situations that can cause malfunction.
3.2 Maintenance after 100 hours of accumulated operation
In addition to daily maintenance, be sure to do the following:
1) Replace crankcase oil.
2) Clean or replace oil filter if required (every 250 hours).
3) Clean or replace diesel filter if required (every 250 hours)
4) Check the tightness of the cylinder fastening bolts.
5) Check the gap between valves, adjust if required.
6) Check the tension of the fan belt, adjust if required.
7) Lubricate the water pump bearing with ZG-4 oil with a grease gun.
8) Clean dust accumulated in the air intake pipe, the air filter housing and
the filter itself, and remove dust from the exhaust manifold and muffler.
9) After 200 hours of total operating, check fuel injection pressure and
injection state. Clean parts of the needle valve if required, and adjust
fuel injection pressure.
10) Check battery voltage, it should be between 12.5-13V (when air
temperature is 20℃). If the ratio falls to 11.5 charge the battery.
11) The disassembled components due to maintenance work must be
cleaned before reassembly, and the position of the assembly must be
guaranteed the right way. Then start the engine and check its operation.
Eliminate errors and abnormal situations encountered.
3.3 Maintenance after 500 hours of accumulated operation
In addition to the topics in "Maintenance after 100 hours of operation" they
should also do the following work:
1) Check injection pressure of fuel injector and see spray quality of fuel
