If your area of use is particularly cold or hot you could use another more
specific grades but always keeping the API (CH-4 o CI-4).
There are many top brands, we recommend using known oils brands.
2. The air flow of the air filter of the turbocharge diesel engine should not be

less than 250 m
/h, and the mounting place should be more than 500 mm
from the exhaust and turbocharger. Change the filter element regularly as
indicated in the technical maintenance to ensure the airflow. The inner
diameter of the inlet pipe must not be less than 54 mm. Keep the inner wall
smooth and clean. No air leaks allowed in any union of the piping system.
The flexible conduit for connection will be a rubber pipe with steel
reinforcement inside. There will be a large mesh to prevent dust granules
aspiration, otherwise dirt will block the duct, causing insufficient air supply,
low power, smoke and oil leak in the compressor of the turbocharger. The
angle of the pipe will not exceed 90 degrees and no more than two turns will
be used. The radius of rotation should be 3 times the pipe diameter,
shortening as much as possible.
3. The inner diameter of the exhaust pipe will not be less than 48 mm. The
angle of the piping will exceed 90 degrees and no more than two turns will
be used. The turning radius should be 3 times the pipe diameter, shortening
as much as possible. The muffler not only meets the requirements of
decrease noise, also that the output resistance of the gases does not
exceed the allowable value (13 ~ 20 kPa), so the power loss of the diesel
engine will not exceed a 3% ~ 4%.
4. The fan has a diameter of 420 mm, it is an accessory part for the engine.
When you change it, we recommend using a fan with a diameter not less
than 420 mm.
5. Heat radiation area: the heat radiation area for the turbocharged diesel
engine goes according to the power. It will be adjusted and checked during
installation of the entire machine. The cover of the air guide should be
installed, 20 mm from the fan in an axial distance. The surface of the front
end of the fan should be at least 20 mm away from the radiator.
6. The fuel injection pump and fuel adjustment have been adjusted in the best
conditions in the output test of the factory and has a lead seal. If the lead
seal is damaged or was manipulated without authorization damages will be
the client's responsibility. If any setting is required, contact a professional
workshop to do the adjustment and put back the lead seal.
7. After starting the diesel engine, it is required to operate at idle speed for 2-3
minutes (no loads connected) to ensure lubrication. Immediate loading can
lead to insufficient lubrication of the turbocharger bearing and cause bearing
damage.
8. In case of diesel engine repairs, you need to disassemble or assemble the
turbocharger, take care to prevent any foreign material entering the
turbocharger or the system. Otherwise it will cause irreversible damage to
the turbocharger and the diesel engine. If we find a turbocharger damage
