Weekly Care and Cleaning of TheraKair Visio MRS While in Use

In addition to the daily care and cleaning, the therapy unit may be wiped with a cloth dampened
in water and mild detergent. If required, the therapy unit may then be disinfected using a cloth
dampened in chemicals recommended by your local Arjo subsidiary or agent.

TheraKair Visio MRS Cover Sheet

The TheraKair Visio MRS Cover Sheet should be replaced weekly, or as determined by caregiver.
Excessively soiled mattresses and cover sheets should be replaced and laundered. Consult your
local Arjo subsidiary or agent for further information on recommended chemicals and washing
instructions.
Remove the TheraKair Visio MRS Cover Sheet and detach the air cushions from their fasteners at
both sides of the mattress. Detach the air cushions from the air connectors and withdraw each air
cushion from the mattress. Wipe each air cushion with water and mild detergent. If required, the
air cushion may then be disinfected using chemicals recommended by your local Arjo subsidiary or
agent.

Power Cable

The TheraKair Visio MRS should not be operated with a worn or damaged power cable. Inspect the
power cable for any signs of wear or damage and contact your local Arjo subsidiary or agent for a
replacement.
