General Installation Safety
WARNING Crushing Hazard
Never place the Screw Feeding Unit on an unsecured sur-
face. Due to vibrations, the Screw Feeding Unit can
move on the surface it is placed on and fall, thus result-
ing in serious bodily injury.
Secure the Screw Feeding Unit from falling.
Place the Screw Feeding Unit where there is a stop

Two people must carry the Screw Feeding Unit using
the handles.
CAUTION Trip and Entanglement Hazard
Prevent trailing cables by plugging in equipment as close
to where it needs to be as possible. For stationary equip-
ment, if trailing cables are unavoidable use cable ties and
cover strips.
• Refer installation to qualified personnel only.
Air supply and connection hazards
WARNING High Air Pressure and Projectile Hazard
Always verify that all connections between the Feeding
Tube and the Swivel Arm are securely fastened before
pressurizing the tool. Otherwise screws can escape at
high speed and cause serious injury, especially to the
eyes.
For this reason, the pneumatic power supply must be
switched off and vented during all work on the
Screw Feeding Tightening Module, or the "Bit
Change" mode must be set on the Screw Feeding
Unit.
• Air under pressure can cause severe injury.
