oring Traffic, News, or
Information Programs (EON)
This procedure shows you how to have the
tuner automatically switch from the currently
tuned in RDS station to another network
RDS station broadcasting a traffic, news, or
information program. When another station
begins broadcasting one of these programs,
the tuner automatically tunes in the
program. After the program, the tuner
switches back to the original station. This
function is available only when the tuner
receives EON stations and EON appears
on the display.
@) To monitor traffic programs:

Make sure RDS TP or RDS TP
EON appears.

RDS TP appears when the station
you are tuned to broadcasts traffic
programs.

RDS TP EON appears when the
station is part of the EON network
even though it does not broadcast
traffic programs.

Press TA.
TA should appear on the display.
When the tuner automatically tunes
in a traffic program, the TA indicator
flashes. If you do not want to listen
to the entire program, press TA to
switch back to the original station.

Les démarches vous expliquent comment
programmer le tuner pour qu'il passe
automatiquement de la station RDS en
cours de réception sur une autre station du
réseau RDS qui émet des informations sur
la circulation routiére, des nouvelles, ou un
programme d'informations.
Quand une autre station émet un de ces
programmes, le tuner accorde
automatiquement cette station. Le tuner
revient sur la station originale dés que
l'émission des informations particuliéres est
terminée. EON apparait sur l'afficheur
lorsque le tuner regoit un station EON.
a) Pour surveiller les programmes
d'informations sur la circulation
routiére:
1 Vérifier que RDS TP ou RDS TP
EON est affiché.

RDS TP apparait lorsque la station
accordée émet des informations
routiéres.
@
RDS TP EON apparait si la station
fait partie du réseau EON méme si
elle n'émet pas d'informations
routiéres.
2 Appuyez sur TA.
TA doit apparaitre sur l'afficheur.
Lorsque le tuner accorde
automatiquement un programme
d'informations routiéres, l'indicateur
TA clignote. Pour éviter d'écouter
tout le programme, appuyer sur TA
pour revenir a la station originale.
