e@Power plug is disconnected from the inlet and
outlet.
e The amplifier's power plug has been plugged into
another component's power outlet (e.g. timer,
etc.) but power to that unit is disconnected.
e@ POWER STANDBY/ON switch is set to STANDBY.
e Connecting cords are disconnected from jacks, or
connected incorrectly.
e Jacks, or connecting cords pin plugs are dirty.
eThe INPUT SELECTOR switch is not set to the
desired input source.
e Operation of other components is incorrect.
e@ Both SPEAKERS selector buttons are set to OFF (ML).
e MUTING button is in the on position (indicator is
lit).
e@ADPT/TAPE 3 button is in the on position.
eConnecting
