Checklist:
Machine is connected to power supply
Machine is connected to compressed air supply and the recommended pressures are set.
Both emergency stop switches are unlocked.
Glue granulate filled in
Edge band inserted and height adjustment made
Maintenance flap closed and micro-switch pressed
Dust collection system connected and ready for operation
16.2.1
Starting the machine
HOLZMANN MASCHINEN GmbH
With the hand crank (1) the height can be adjusted
to the height of the workpiece. The set height is
shown on the display (2).
NOTE:
pressure, the height setting should correspond to
the height of the workpiece.
The workpiece plate support arm can be moved in its
position in relation to the machine and can be
adjusted in its position in relation to the machine
depending on the size of the plate.
To do this, release the two levers (2), move the plate
support (1) away from the machine (+) or towards
the machine (-) and fix it in the desired position
again with the levers (2).
Turn the main switch (1) to position ON (I). Turn the
switch (2) on the control panel to the "ON" position.
Select the language:
By activating one of the language selection fields in
the main menu item:
1: for English
2: for German
3: for Polish
the respective language is selected.
The operating menu is reached by pressing the menu
button (4).

units)
