17.2 Maintenance
Handling the machine with the power supply and compressed air supply up can lead
to serious injuries or even death. Always disconnect the machine from the power and
compressed air supply before servicing or maintenance work and secure it against
unintentional or unauthorised reconnection!
The machine is low-maintenance and only a few parts have to be serviced. Nevertheless,
malfunctions or defects which could impair the safety of the user must be rectified immediately!
Before each operation, check that the safety devices are in perfect condition.

Check the connections for tightness at least once a week.

Regularly check that the warning and safety labels on the machine are in perfect and

legible condition.

Only use original spare parts recommended by the manufacturer

Milling tools have sharp edges. Use cut-resistant gloves to prevent injuries.

Change (wear, damage)
1. remove the milling cutter cover / dust
colector hood:
To do this, loosen the two screws (2) and
remove the cover (1)
2. loosen the fixing screw:
Loosen and remove the fixing screw (3)
with a wrench and hold it in the notch on
the milling cutter with a second wrench
or screwdriver so that the screw can be
loosened.
3. remove milling cutter
Remove the milling cutter from the shaft
and clean the entire unit from milling
dust
4. insert new cutters and reassemble them.
In order to re-assemble and tighten the
screws (3), a tool (5) must be used to
hold them in place again.
